Router Return

Iam coming to the end of a 2 year contract for broadband, do i have to send the router suppied back to Plusnet?

At the risk of stating the obvious, not until you cease having a Plusnet service.

It isn't a 2 year contract, it's a contract with a 2 year minimum term.

If you are moving to another supplier, buy the new service from the new supplier and allow the "one touch switching process" to work it's magic.

At some stage Plusnet will ask you to return the router.

Plusnet is quite expensive out of contract so it's worth either recontracting or moving fairly promptly.

From the contract Ts and Cs, to which you have agreed:

11.3. We will loan you the Hub/router for the duration of your broadband service. When you end the service you must return the loaned Hub/router to us, or we will charge you a fee as set in the Price Guide. You must also keep the Hub/router in good condition while you are using it.

The charge if not returned is £99.99
