I have just left Plusnet and have a router to return. Could you send me a returns bag?

Hi Mark, if you have a Hub One then you should automatically be sent a returns bag in time. Failing that, you can use the Royal Mail's returns website (search for 'Plusnet') - https://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return/pick-a-retailer
