So, long story short. I just purchased a second hand Nordictrack treadmill. After a short use it prompted for a user update for the app, which I clicked yes to. However on doing that I am now in the position that the app wont load and wont connect to the IFIT server, or so it seems. Therefore the treadmill is unusable. Great. I't seems to connect to wifi ok and the in built browser connects, so it appears related to accessing the IFIT server. I can see from google that the IFIT Live requires ports 80, 443 & 4348 to be open and I have tried to add these ports to port forwarding. But I've no idea if I've done that right (never had to do that before). If anyone can advise some troubleshooting I can do to narrow it down, it would be much appreciated. FYI I have a plusnet one router, and have just tried an old BT hub one with the same results.
