Return a router, what PN address?

There is a Help page about Returns that goes to Royal Mail and allegedly will provide a postage-paid label. This gets stuck inputting a street address.

Therefore anyone know what the actual PN address is?

Don't care about postage cost.

What's the problem, @fishtank ? I've just gone as far as printing the label with no issues.

Re: Return a router, what PN address?

Perhaps not everyone has a printer to print the required label?

The exisence of a local hardware device capable of printing is an assumption.

You don't need a printer. There's an option to generate a QR code to take to the Post Office. Failing that, label generation would at least give you the return address  🤷

Re: Return a router, what PN address?

That assumes that everyone has a device which can record/receive a QR code.

I don't have a printer. I don't have a 'smart' phone.
