Over a month ago now I upgraded our Plusnet Fibre Broadband service to Unlimited Fibre Broadband Extra and selected and paid for a new Hub Two Router that I was entitled to as I re-contracted for a further 18 months.
However, its over a moth later and despite Order Tracker saying a Router has been dispatched it is yet to arrive. I really need the Hub Two to arrive soon as the original Hub I have isn't working properly anymore (5Ghz band not working) and the wifi bandwidth is struggling to cope with the amount of wifi devices we have in the house currently.
Is there anyone who has experienced the same? Is there anyone from Plusnet reading this who can help with this issue please?
