No router arrived after upgrade

Hi

I upgraded on 29/11/21 and ordered the new router, it has never arrived, how do I resolve this please?

Hi @JoeBB,

I'm sorry to hear the new router never arrived. I've had a look into this today and I can see that though the component was added to the account, it seems to have been stuck. I've pushed an order through now and you should expect to see your new router in the next 3-5 working days, dependent also on any Royal Mail delays in your local area at the moment.
