New to Plusnet want to use BT router?

Just moved to Plusnet - got the Hub2 and can't separate bands, seen on here its not possible (wow) and read community fix is to buy a BT business Hub 6... painful.

So I've bought one, plugged it in and whilst I can configure my bands it's not providing Internet? Do I need to configure something else or notify Plusnet or something?
