If you're on a Fibre package, then yes - you'll be able to get a Hub Two sent for the cost of P&P. You will need to contact our Customer Options Team by telephone though as the online journeys only offer the newer hub in upgrade scenarios at the moment.

@nshaw43 Which number did you call, the general support number has long delays, for re-contracting you need to call the customer options team on 0800 013 2632 which should be answered a lot quicker.
