1) How are your devices connected to your router: I'd guess using WiFi?
2) When you change a router, there's several things that might change:
- Router LAN IP, and DHCP range: If you set a static IP on your devices, then it will now be wrong. If it's automatic via DHCP, then the IP on the device needs to "time out" so that it gets changed
- WiFi name changed: A fairly obvious one, but with a new name, you need to reconfigure the WiFi on the device
- WiFi password changed (maybe you kept the old WiFi name, but password is different): again you need to change the setting in your devices.
Factory resetting your TV will certainly clear out any old settings, you just need to make sure that the TV has the new ones... usually, when you set the TV's WiFi, it will tell you if it's successful.
