I’m trying to watch video content from my laptop on my LG TV, which has this capability. Both devices are registered and working fine by Wi-Fi on my Plusnet hub.
I installed LG’s Smartshare app on the laptop (W10/64), and it seems to be working fine on the PC – but the TV stubbornly informs me that no other device is connected.
Reading around, there’s a suggestion that the Plusnet hub either doesn't offer the multicast capability needed, or that it needs to be enabled, but I can’t find any reference to it in the hub settings.
Is there anything I can do please?
