Hub two router has not arrived

I upgraded from Plusnet broadband to Plusnet fibre extra on the 24th November.I received an email stating that my router was out for delivery,on the 25th November.It has still not arrived. Even taking into account Royal Mail strikes,this seems like quite a large delay. the router I currently have now has no internet light and the Broadband light is flashing on and off.

@sarahth32 These Hubs are now sent by tracked delivery, but it will probably need the intervention of @bobpullen to sort it - the system is not fully up as yet. Welcome to the forums, BTW.

@sarahth32 - delivery was attempted on the 26th. I'll drop you a message containing the tracking details so you can pick the item up or arrange redelivery.

@jab1 - customer dispatch emails as of this week will contain tracking details.
