Hub one not able to sign in

I've been using hub 1 for about 8 months now and its randomly decided i need to re-sign in to the Wi-Fi network. which is fine only when i click the link to do so it takes me to a place with no actual options to sign in.
i have logged into my Plusnet account where it tells me everything is fine. it is not.
it went down some time between 2am and 3am last night. internet is connected to the router fine according to the analysis. i just don't seem to be able to connect with my Wifi from my Samsung j6 phone.

Fix
Problem solved. the password had reset to default. had to change my account password and reset it in the box.
