Hub manager - where do I find it?!

Yesterday, while trying to reconnect my phone to the wifi, I got a plus net login page and it took me to the hub manager. I want to find it again but I’ve looked all around the website and can’t find it. Does anyone know where I’ll find it?

To get to your Hub Manager enter 192.168.1.254 into the address field of your Web Browser.
