Hub Two firewall control

Can anyone advise - if I connect an old windows XP computer as one of the computers in my home network using a Hub Two plusnet router, I can manage the router to stop this individual computer being seen outside my network or even connecting to the internet?

I want it to be able to transfer video files from this machine to one of the other PC's.

Thanks for looking at this question.

Billy

@billwill

You need to configure the XP computer IP Address manually, do not set a Default Gateway or DNS hosts

With no default gateway the XP computer will not have access to external networks as there would be no route defined
