That's not the latest Dave, so let me know if it's still the same on Monday.

Re: Hub One Firmware Updates

@bobpullen Yes Bob the last digits are 449. If I do a factory reset will I be able to restore my config backup?

Re: Hub One Firmware Updates

@bobpullen Hi Bob, new to the forums and also Plusnet. We have been a customer for 2 months or so now and the Plusnet Hub One has been on ever since.

We are stuck on firmware 4.7.5.1.83.8.217 and I notice that there is a new firmware available.

Please could you let me know what you require from me to send you so you can push the latest firmware to our router?

Any idea why some are stuck with last update: unknown?Huh

Thanks

Re: Hub One Firmware Updates

@bobpullen Hi Bob, also new to the forums but have had Plusnet for about a year and router is still on 217 firmware.

Have tried a reset but no updates so far.

Ditto, how do I go about getting the update pushed to my Hub One?

Thanks.

Re: Hub One Firmware Updates

@lcockell@ChrisaLyd12 & @Boshay, if you're able to factory reset your routers by holding something in the pinhole at the back of the device for 10 seconds or so, then the latest firmware revision should be sent to you within a few days.

Re: Hub One Firmware Updates

Hi Bob, thanks for your reply - can we restore the router's config once factory reset?

Re: Hub One Firmware Updates

@bobpullen I reset mine last week and then restored my backup. Do I have to wait a few days for you to update before I can restore my backup after resetting?

You should be able to, but it might be worth making a separate note of any relevant settings/customisation in case you encounter any difficulties.

@lcockell, it's likely you'll need to factory reset again. You should be OK restoring config ahead of the update being pushed.

Re: Hub One Firmware Updates

Thanks Bob, any idea why some of the Hub One's are not updating and a factory reset works within a few days?

We've only had ours for 2 months and its been on ever since, but never updated.

Re: Hub One Firmware Updates

Most of the examples I've seen in this thread are the result of the device not being present in our hardware management database (or being present, but in a 'disabled' state). There are various causes for this, but the best way to rectify the situation, is for me to re-add your device and for you to factory reset.
