Was anything 'odd' happening in PN towers or BT world on 12th November?
I had multiple drops on a FTTP connection on that day. I've tried to exclude local hardware & software problems.
The ONT and Hub2 are powered from the same double socket. No evidence of the Hub2 powercycling in at the times of interruption. The PC which has admin access to the Hub2 was powered down during some of the interruptions.
There's the possibility(?) of a flakey ethernet port on the Hub2 or the ONT, or a flakey ethernet cable between the two. However, I powered down these overnight and the problem has re-materialised. Which (in my mind) negates such hardware related problems.
Anyone with other ideas?
.csv attached for the period (I think)

Is there any change in the ONT lights when the connection drops ?
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

"Is there any change in the ONT lights when the connection drops ?"
Dunno. I don't have visibility of the ONT from most places in the house. Running up and down stairs to look obviously has a time delay (and the status of the lights may change). Perhaps CCTV coverage of the ONT lights may help?
