Is there a proper reference manual to a Hub 1? The official Plusnet "guide" appears to be aimed at those with an exceptionally low IQ.

I don't think there is a user manual I'm afraid. If you have any questions, please feel free to fire them at me and I'll do my best to answer them or find out the answer if I don't know.

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.

It's for a new install, so I know nothing about this hub 1.

For some reason Plusnet don't issue the router until a day or so before the install.

So I might have questions at a later date. Cheesy
