How do I return an unused router

Hi. Due to a cancelled order I received a new router that I have no need of. It is still unopened.

How do I return it to Plusnet please? Will it get sent out to another customer or scrapped? I really hate the idea of it being wasted.

Re: How do I return an unused router

Thanks.  I've printed the label and will return it.  Sad really because it looks like they will break it up.  It has never been out of the box.

This all comes down to BT being awkward about giving me a decent new contract price.  So I said I'd go with Plusnet.  They called my bluff, so I went.  Then they called me back (next day) and said "please don't go - we will save you money".  So I stayed after cancelling my Plusnet order.  Unfortunately Plusnet were on the ball with the router.  So it hasn't ever been out of the box.   What a waste.
