Hi, my router is flashing orange. I have been on the phone to an adviser and she said my connection was lost at 3am this morning, and advised you can send an engineer out tomorrow to fix the problem. (We did all checks over the phone). However, i am currently working from home and need my internet. Can you send out an engineer today?

We're dependent on Openreach to fix physical faults with a line. I'm assuming all went well though as you seem to be back up and running?
