Continuing bother

Hi everyone/anyone
I could really use some help, as it seems messages posted to https://community.plus.net/t5/My-Router/Hub-one-losing-wifi-connection/m-p/1613571 are no longer being picked up.
Hopeful of assume kind of fix or workaround -- please -- to make my evenings less tiresome. Thanks x
