2.4ghz Yale

Hi everyone,
I’ve just moved into a new house and joined Plusnet with the Hub Two. Speeds were great at first! I’ve since installed some Yale smart home products (door, cameras, etc.) which required switching to 2.4GHz. Since doing that, my TV has started buffering and running slower.
I’m wondering — is there a way to keep my Yale devices on 2.4GHz while still allowing my other devices (like the TV) to use 5GHz? It feels like such a waste not to be able to benefit from the faster speed where it’s needed.
I’m more than happy to buy any extra kit if needed, just hoping there’s a simple fix. I’ve read some posts but they go a bit over my head, so any patient guidance would be so appreciated.
Also, one of my outdoor Yale cameras is extremely slow and often doesn’t load — could that be a signal issue?
Thanks so much in advance for any help!

Once the products are connected on the 2.4GHz you can switch on the 5GHz again and they should continue to work fine and give you potentially better speeds on other devices again.
Depending on how far away the camera is and how many walls etc. are in the way will have an impact, so could well be signal strength - if you stand near the camera with your phone do you get reasonable signal?
