What was the issue?

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

 looks like it was a admin issue just needed the account sorting at there end,or just my impatiens.

yes,both boxs are side by side connected to each other.

What do you mean with the above.

 router and the little white box with the green led,s.

I must admit I'm confused a bit.

Maybe a confusion of terms

Did you mean wifi connection being your internet connection or devices connecting to the Hub Two using wifi?

could not get the mobile phones to connect,was getting wrong password all the time,and the scan option was duff.

wifi was working sound as the pc connected via the pairing button on the router.could not work out why the phones would not connect.

 turns out it was waiting for plus net admin to do there bit.
