no link to claim gift card received
Good Morning @rue23, I am sorry for the delay in getting back to you and for any concern caused with regards to your cashback.
Once your service have gone live with us, within the 10 working days following this you will receive an email to claim your reward (please also keep an eye out in your junk mailbox also). You have 2 months to claim this after which point it will expire. Once you have claimed this, the reward will be sent out and received within 30 days.
If you still haven't received an email after 10 working days of your service going live, please get back to us so we can take a further look for you.

My service was activated on 2/9/21 and I still haven't received any notification regarding the £75 reward card. I posted on the forum three weeks ago but received no reply. I have also contacted the Plusnet reward card customer support but they have no details on their system and so have told me that no card has been ordered in my name. If someone could look into this for me it would be much appreciated.
