reward card email

Hi,

 

I have recently signed up for Plusnet broadband (via Plusnet webpage) on a 24-month deal that included a reward card worth 160 GBP. Can anyone advice me please on when I will get an email to claim the card? My broadband went live on 1.12.25, and the spam folder is empty.

Hey @gzagromy,

I have had a look into the account, and you should have definitely received some response by now regarding the reward. I have raised this with our team so they can investigate it for you. I should have an update anytime up to 5 working days. Once I have an update, I will send you an email
