new customer order delayed

no info given,

so my question is why and how long

not a good start!

I am really sorry that you have not received an update and for any inconvenience caused.

 

I have reviewed your order and I can confirm that it has been accepted. Your orders are committed to complete on the 11/3/2022 and the broadband can take up to midnight to go live.

yes, I was given that date, then I received a message saying the order has been delayed, confusing, I'll be patient and wait and see, thanks anyway.

I have checked the orders and the latest update is that they have now gone committed again for that date and the delay has cleared.

 

I am sorry for the confusion and I have left the ticket with that time so that they can monitor it should there be any further delays.

I can assure you that there is no delay and the orders will complete. It looks like the message was sent in error by our automation and I closed this ticket to avoid further confusion.
