Hi there,
I ordered online on 29th October. I've tried calling up but the phones are incredibly busy. I'd like to know please an approximate activation/go live date. I am moving in to rented property on 12th November and would not want the transfer to happen before this date but ideally on the 12th itself. Please can you give me an indication?

Thank you for getting in touch regarding your activation.
I can see that you spoke with a colleague on 30/10 through chat who advised that there is a pending cease on the line at your new address, you can view this information here. This means that the current tenant has arranged for their service to finish at the address which is due to complete on 03/11. There can only be 1 order on a line at any given time so we must wait for this order to finish first, and then we can then start placing orders as of 04/11.
I can personally place this for you on 05/11 when I am in the office and update you of your activation date through a ticket on your account, this date may be up to 10 working days later but potentially quicker.
If you would like to leave it with me and I'll update you early next week with dates for activation.

Thanks for your reply. Sorry to chase you but I just wondered if you had an activation date at all? Hopefully for as early next week as is possible?
