Waiting for modem dispatch

Hello
I signed up to join Plusnet on 24th August and have a go live date of the 9th of September but have not received any notification on the state of router dispatch. I am very concerned as it's the weekend approaching and I work from home. Can anyone provide any advise

I have chased up customer support and told it has been ordered now after I called so guys, be aware. If you dont call, it does not auto progress to the next stage.
