Still not received £75 voucher since April
Hi there. I signed up in April for Plusnet Broadband and it has been ok - but I have not yet received my £75 MasterCard voucher? Surely it cannot take this long? I went through MoneySavingExpert.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but you must claim this within 8 weeks of your services going live. Maybe a Plusnet staff member could clarify this .
