Upgraded to fibre extra, paid p&p for hub 2, not arrived

I upgraded my fibre to fibre extra and paid the postage and packaging fee for the new hub 2 router. That was back on 2nd February and the router has not arrived.

Hi there,

I'm really sorry for the delay with sending your new router.

It looks this this was stuck in our system but I've freed it now and you should get the Hub Two within 3 to 5 working days.

If there's anything else you'd need help with in the meantime, feel free to let me know. 

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
