Upgrade Lead Time

Hi,

I placed an upgrade order to go from ADSL to FTTC on Wednesday morning, does anybody know how long it usually takes for Plusnet to provide an install date?

It looks like the order has already been accepted and is due for the 19th July.

Sorry to thread hijack, but I was about to ask the exact same question. So ADSL -> FTTC lead time is around 2 weeks?

Roughly yes, but can vary depending on area and engineer availability.

It would have been ordered a few working days prior to the activation, but I've manually ordered it now so it should arrive next week.
