Update required

hey plusnet

order placed 6th November, letter received 7th, SKY contract ended 21st so now have no home phone or broadband.

No online chat available and 60 minutes(!!) wait time on calls.

no updates received...

have you forgotten about us?

please let me know there's someone there...
