'Undefined' delivery address

Hi, just placed an order today, and it says the router will be delivered to 'undefined' followed by the rest of the address.

The address does not have a house number, just a name. I have checked the account has the full address, but the address the router is being sent to has 'undefined' rather than the house name. How do I change this?

I would give Plusnet a call - is the address on your account complete, and is it exactly as that help by the Post Office - use this link: https://community.plus.net/t5/forums/replypage/board-id/MyOrders/message-id/32616
