'Undefined' delivery address

'Undefined' delivery address

Hi, just placed an order today, and it says the router will be delivered to 'undefined' followed by the rest of the address.
The address does not have a house number, just a name. I have checked the account has the full address, but the address the router is being sent to has 'undefined' rather than the house name. How do I change this?

I see that you’ve already contacted our support team, and it looks like the issue has been resolved. The delivery address has been updated, and you will receive a tracking link for the router within the next 24-48 hours.
