Txt message

Received a txt saying

Your broadband order has successfully completed. If you want more information, go to http://help.plus.net. Connection problem? Visit http://faults.plus.net

After getting the txt I set up my new router but I still have a red light on my router? Will I get another txt when it goes live? Or should it working straight away?

Apologies for the issues you have had with your broadband. While the order had completed on our supplier system it looks like your account hadn't fully activated to reflect the completed order. I have updated the details for you now so you should be able to connect to the internet.
