Thinking of switching to Plusnet - Contact?

Hello,

I'm thinking of switch to Plusnet. I do have questions first though. On the website I only found a phone number (and even that one was quite hidden). I'm deaf and can't use the phone. Is there a web chat or email address for general questions?

Only phone unfortunately.

But, you can use the BT relay service for all calls.

If you do join PN, then you can Register as a "vulnerabe person" online via your Members page. This should help (???) with communications in so much as it's recorded by PN that you are deaf.

I know this community is quite helpful, but imagine I'd have to call support. Which I already know I will have to when I switch to Plusnet and there's nothing the community can do about it, no matter how helpful and nice they are.

For the actualswitch, from another provider, you don't need to call either PN  or your current provider if you use the OTS (One Touch Switch) function.
