Switched to plusnet in june - order still progress

Hi

I've requested a switch to plusnet from nottv in end of june. 

My order is still in progress Sad Any idea how long it should take to switch?

Now that's an excessively long wait and I'm really sorry for the delay. I can see your order's stuck in our system so I've prodded it along now. We should be able to update you on the progress within 24 to 48 hours.
