Hub 2 not delivered yet
A couple of weeks ago I renewed my PlusNet contract and upgraded to Unlimited Fibre Extra and ordered a new Hub 2 at the same time - I have been billed for the Hub 2 postage, but haven't received the Hub 2 yet ........... are there problems with supply or something ?.

Hi Rod, the order for the hub doesn't look to have been placed for some reason. I've sorted that for you and it should arrive tomorrow all being well (if not, Monday).
