Can anyone tell me how long it should take to switch over to plusnet? I requested to switch from BT on the 23rd of March and it hasn’t been processed yet. It’s still just saying “checking the line” when I log in and track it and this hasn’t changed in weeks. On top of that I had an email from BT seeming to say that I will be continuing to pay them during this time. I have tried to be patient because of everything that is going on right now but honestly the communication has been incredibly poor. I have had a confirmation email and nothing else and can’t get through on chat or by phone. I just want to know what is happening and roughly how much longer I will be waiting please. Generally people don’t mind waiting when there is good reason, what annoys them is not being updated or communicated with.
