Moving from Talk Talk to Plusnet on 4th May 2020

My fibre is due to be switched over on 4th May but I still haven't received my router. 

I understand that the system relies on Royal Mail first class to get it to me either the day before or the day of the change over. Please can you manually expedite my router so I do not have the added anxiety of wondering whether I will be without internet due to Royal Mail being overloaded at the moment?

I live alone and am medically vulnerable. I have been shielding for 45 days already as I am recovering from cancer treatment.

Router was ordered today, you should already have service notice email with confirmation, you can view it here
