Support Team update to Question 212761677

You informed me a month ago that you tried placing my order but you could not proceed due to some technical issue but that you had escalated it (Escalation ref: 1106263) and will get back to me with the update !as soon as possible".  It is now a month since this was escalated and no progress - please can you raise a credit note for the non-supply of the unlimited fibre extra service for the past 3 months and I will be terminating this contract if you are unable to provide the service as contracted in the near future.
