Is it just me or is it impossible to talk to someone in plusnet. I signed up 5 weeks ago still waiting for a date for an engineer. Tried calling several times I waited twice for 40 minutes and gave up all other attempts were replied with an automated message saying they are too busy and to try later!
I managed to get a text conversation going and had a response promising updates at certain times, tried to reinitiate the chat but had a response saying thank you for contacting us we can’t find your details. Tried live chat which is pointless as is a bot. At a loss now so I have no alternative other than cancel my direct debit and go elsewhere.
