Signup date changed by Plusnet

Earlier today I signed up with Plusnet and requested service to start on the 26 November, I have received a email from BT to say that I am terminating my contract early on the 15 November and will have to pay the early exit fee, as I requested to transfer on the 26 November I would like this issue fixed and transfer on the date that I requested. Not a great start!!!!!
