I signed up on 27/6/20 but there seems to be a problem with my phone line. A question was opened by admin on 9/7/20 but I have heard nothing since. Can't get through on the phone as they are not taking any calls as they are too busy. The chat bot can't answer account questions. I have been a plusnet customer previously and never had a problem. Is this normal service now?
