Service activation on Friday - no router yet

Good evening,

My FTTP service is due to be activated on Friday (already on BT Full Fibre) and I've not yet received by Plusnet Hub.

When will this be sent out?

It is sent out (RM24 Tracked delivery) to arrive 1 or 2 days before your service goes live. But if it doesn't arrive in time you can temporarily use your BT Hub
