Router not get arrived

My router was dispatched on Saturday 30th July but has not yet arrived (5/8/22). I am concerned as this is the end of the 5 working days and my broadband goes live on Monday so I need it ASAP as I work from home. Can someone please look into this?

I'm really sorry to see your router's not arrived yet. 

Can you private message me your full address so I can make sure I'm sending a new one to the right address? 

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
