@Peterjharris97 there is an issue with the routers being sent out but the team are looking into it. I am sorry about that. Once we know anything we will let you know.

@Peterjharris97 do you have any previous router ?
As long as its not locked to a specific ISP then it may be possible to use that (with some configuration)
Let us know make and model, and what Plusnet product you have and we'll try to help

Unfortunately we don’t have any other router so we will require the one supplied by plusnet

In that case you can either wait for the Plusnet one or buy a cheap and cheerful alternative to tide you over until the PN one arrives. You may find if you ask nicely that PN will reimburse you for the cost, either that or give you compemsation for a delayed activation.
If you tell us what Plusnet product you have ordered, people on here will be able to suggest a suitable router.
