Thanks for getting back to me @Memph

I'm glad to see your broadband's back up and running now so I've cancelled the engineer visit we had booked.

I've run some checks down your line and I can see your router's getting a download speed of around 63mbps and upload of 18mbps. What sort of speeds are you seeing when you run a speed test Here?

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
