Router not arrived

Hello

I had an email on 25th May saying the router was on it's way: Date of dispatch: 25th May 2022

My service went live on 30th May but still no sign of the router.  My front door is at the back of the property but I did look in the common area of the front of the building and nothing there either.

I wonder if an admin could check, or maybe it just got caught up in the Jubilee bank holidays?

I believe you need to make at least two posts before you have access to PM

I think (hope!) this is my 3rd post.  There wasn't a PM option when I checked just now.

 

Maybe this one will tick a box.  Mark
