Router not arrived

My connection date is supposed to be tomorrow but I’ve not received my router. As I’m working from home it is essential that I have access to the internet. I’m assuming (rightly or wrongly) that my current provider won’t switch me off until I’m connected with you?

Hello @Dp22 Welcome to the forum. Sadly that's not the case. Your existing ISP could cut you off at anytime after midnight tonight. With your service not going live until tomorrow there is still time for your new router to arrive. Not what you want to hear but you should have minimal downtime, if any.
