I received a text stating that my router was dispatched on 17th December however I have not received a router. I assumed that this was because my start date was moved from 27th December to 19th January and so it was never actually sent out.
Could you please confirm that the router will be dispatched next week to arrive in time for 19th Jan?
I am sorry to hear you have not received your hardware as of yet, I'd certainly have expected this to be with you by now due to it being dispatched on 17/12/2018. As you haven't received the router as of yet I will process a new one out to you again today. They are sent Royal Mail 1st Class Delivery so I'd expect it to be with you in the next couple of days.
