Reward card

Good morning Plusnet, Does anyone know how long it takes to receive the email about the reward card that was offered when i signed up? I had an email weeks ago saying it would arrive within 14 days but haven’t received anything. Many thanks Julie ☺️

The normal route seems to be that you post on here, as you have done. It gets picked up by a member of staff who chases it up for you. No I don’t understand the logic either.

I have just looked on the database and the offer has not been redeemed completely and is currently showing as "can be claimed", please go back to the claiming email and follow the process again at your earliest convenience.

I have now completed the redemption on my end, please keep an eye on your email for the confirmation due shortly, the card will be with you within the next 30 days in the post.
